Summary of Responsibilities:
Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create a fun and safe learning environment
Maintain schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and families
Communicate with parents on students’ growth and progress
Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications (some positions require higher education):
Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields

Summary of Responsibilities:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and attentive care to children’s hygiene needs, including diaper changing, toilet assistance, and potty training support
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the childcare center, including regular light-duty cleaning tasks and sanitization procedures
Ensure that the center is stocked with essential paper goods and hygiene supplies to support daily operations and promote a comfortable environment for children and staff
Collaborate with other team members to uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices and infection control measures
Support children’s development and independence in personal hygiene routines, fostering a positive and empowering experience for each child
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children’s hygiene routines, progress, and any specific needs or concerns
Qualifications:
Prior experience in childcare, custodial services, or related fields is valued

Collaborate with the Center Director to oversee the daily operations and management of a medium-sized childcare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies
Provide leadership and support to center staff, including educators, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Assist in adhering to Joyful’s age-appropriate curriculum and programming that promotes children’s growth and development across all domains
Support enrollment efforts by conducting tours, answering inquiries from prospective families, and assisting with enrollment paperwork as needed
Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives to ensure ongoing growth and skill enhancement among team members
Assist in budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the center’s sustainability and growth goals
Collaborate with the Center Director in maintaining positive relationships with families, addressing concerns or issues, and soliciting feedback to enhance the center’s services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred, not required
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a childcare setting, with demonstrated success in team management and program administration preferred
Knowledge of licensing regulations, early childhood education best practices, and developmentally appropriate curriculum frameworks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with staff, families, and community stakeholders
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in managing center operations

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the overall operation and management of the childcare center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive early childhood education and care services
Oversee all aspects of center operations, including program development, enrollment management, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement, promoting a supportive and empowering environment for children, families, and staff
Develop and implement innovative curriculum and programming that aligns with best practices in early childhood education, supporting children’s holistic development across all domains
Cultivate strong partnerships with families, community stakeholders, and educational institutions to enhance the center’s impact and outreach in the local community
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated educators and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to promote their growth and success

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or a CDA is preferred
Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting, with a proven track record of successful program management and staff supervision
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to promoting quality and excellence in childcare services

Previous experience in a leadership role within a school-age program, summer camp, or youth development setting, with demonstrated success in program management, staff supervision, and curriculum development
Knowledge of child development principles, educational pedagogy, and best practices in out-of-school time programming, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, staff, and community partners
