HOME MADE POPSICLES (no chemicals or dyes added!)
Orange and Mango Popsicles
4 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Using a blender, Health Master or Vitamix blend the mango until smooth. Pour in the orange juice, stir, then pour into the popsicle molds or paper cups and place a stick in the center of each mold (if using paper cups). Cover and place them in the freezer overnight.

Strawberry and Banana Popsicles
1 Container of strawberries
2 ripe bananas

For frozen fruit and soy or almond popsicle
Soy or almond milk about 1 and 1/2 cup
1 (12-oz) bag frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons

Use the same as above

If you are making the popsicle for older children you can pour the blended ingredients into a clean ice tray and place store bought popsicle sticks in the center of each mixture. Sticks can be purchased from your local dollar store. It's o.k. if the sticks don't stand upright and fall to the side. They are going to be delicious and healthy either way!
